Security
Efficient logistics is vital to large building complexes. Therefore, our pneumatic tube systems are an integral part of the daily work routine in many organisations: whether in shipping companies, logistics centres, administrations, central depots and commercial warehouses, printers’ companies, publishing houses – the pneumatic tube system connects departments and decentralised buildings (e.g. via an underground or an overhead line).
The pneumatic tube system transports everything that fits into a carrier, which can be, for example, photographs, films, customs documents, freight papers, technical drawings, manufacturing instructions, small components, delivery and dispatch notes, copies as well as mail items or internal memos. Money and securities too, are safely brought to their destinations.

System structure
The system comprises of pneumatic tube stations from where loads can be dispatched and where they can be received. They are connected to each other with pipelines, diverters and connectors. Suction and compressed air generated by a blower serves as a propulsion system. Dispatch and receiving stations facilitate the dispatch and receipt of carriers.
Monitoring and documentation
A digital electronic system connected to the pipes, blowers, diverters, connectors, and stations monitors all of the system’s processes. Furthermore, a computerised monitoring system facilitates a statistical evaluation of such traffic data as, for instance, the number of loads, which provides for a cost centre-related accounting of system costs.
Security
With an access card, access to the system is granted to authorised personnel only. The dispatch and receiving stations for the receipt and dispatch of carriers are equipped with a card reader that only accepts carriers with the correct chip. Therefore, only suitable carriers enter the system. An inappropriate dispatch of documents without carriers is herewith impossible, which protects the documents as well as the pneumatic tube system.
