Safe transport – also of liquid medicines
Practically everything that fits into a carrier can be transported using pneumatic tube systems. Seals prevent the fluids from leaking from the carrier. To prevent these from falling into the wrong hands, Sumetzberger has developed a series of high-tech safety mechanisms limiting the access to the system to authorised personnel only. In a hospital’s sensitive security areas the dispatch and receipt are only possible with an ID card and a PIN code.
