Emergency sample transport
No unnecessary delays
Emergencies always have priority
Reliability and monitoring
During surgery every second counts. Especially during cancer surgery excised tissue samples often have to be brought for analysis to an emergency laboratory to determine whether the tumour is malignant. Only then can the operation be continued. Understandably, the entire process may not take more than a few minutes.
No unnecessary delays
Pathology samples, rapid cuts, and tissue biopsies are sent to the laboratory via the shortest and most reliable route using the pneumatic tube system. Protected by special transport bags or inserts, they safely reach their desired destination within the shortest period of time.
Emergencies always have priority
It is important that in large multi-line systems with large numbers of loads such urgent packages are always delivered first, which has now become possible with Sumetzberger’s new distribution unit: emergency loads can overtake carriers dispatched earlier without losing any time.
Reliability and monitoring
Supported by modern software, the real-time monitoring does not only visualise, record, and evaluate all of the system processes and the entire load traffic, but also makes it possible to remote control individual stations as well as to carry out remote maintenance of the system.

Direct shipment from the operating theater to the laboratory.
