To prevent these from falling into the wrong hands, Sumetzberger has developed a series of high-tech safety mechanisms limiting the access to the system to authorised personnel only. In a hospital’s sensitive security areas the dispatch and receipt are only possible with an ID card and a numeric code.

Seals prevent the fluids from leaking from the carrier. In case of leaky transport load only the inside of the carrier in question has to be cleaned, which ensures unproblematic operation of the system.
